I'm fairly new to fit
Is there a general consensus on the best diet for cutting?

1.keto
2.low carbs
3.carb cycling
4.balanced diet (only calorie deficit matters)

the keto diet is a last resort diet for epileptic children who are either too young or non responsive to conventional drug treatment

it's fitting that something crazy like this will take a foothold in a OCD subculture like fitness, but it needs to be said loud and clear that this is neither a good nor a healthy way to lose weight
