I took one of my best friends (6'7, I'm 6'1)
To the gym the first time yesterday and I noticed how many posture problems he has.
Also extremely stiff shoulders and general mobility issues.
Don't know if only due to his height, but it seemed like it.

Hit the gym for at least 1 year regularly. Post pic on /fit/ again. We´ll see then
