If you go to the gym M-F for 1 hour, that's a 5hr/week commitment. Even if you have intense 2 hour workouts, that's 10 hours a week, which is still entirely manageable.

You will have to sacrifice, but be honest with yourself. You have 10 hours of free time per week. I used to work at a grocery store, and this shit would happen all the time. Of the many things that pissed me off while I worked there, the most had to be when this family of regulars would come in. Each week the lard ass mother would take a scooter and scoot along the store demanding things be brought down from the top shelf because she was too fat to get up off her ass for a second and grab it.
