>Typical fat permabulkan POWAHLIFTAH who thinks face pulls will do anything at all for his rear delts
Take notes: You do not want to be the guy who takes every shortcut imaginable to reach intermediate strength in three lifts with a horribly unbalanced T-Rex physique and a ton of health problems (ACL tears, pec tears, slipped discs, rotator cuff tears...), and by the time it's too late, you find yourself doing horribly inefficient fluff exercises to try and get out of the fine mess you've made for yourself.
Get strong rear delts, use full range of motion, and build an impressive physique and a strong body that's capable of more than just moving a barbell a matter of inches inbetween trying to drown yourself in hamburgers.

I superset hammer curls with Zottman curls and drag curls and barbell curls and reverse curls and close grip EZ bar curls to the nose and wrist curls, 10 reps each. I would also give some of the credit for my progress to my supplements: 5 grams caffeine, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams DNP, 5 scoops of Mutant Mass, 5 scoops of Rich Piana's 5150 PWO, thrice a day.
