Now I can't figure this part out when he adds in dropsets.

So for example on leg press....
Is he wanting me to do
2 sets x 25-35 reps
then after each set, just drop down the weight 20-25% and do as many as I can?
Or do 2 sets til failure and each drop set has to be 25-35 reps?

If you watch the vid it sounds like he wants you to burn out in the 25-35 range on set 1 and then drop weight 25% and do set 2. The confusion is bc the first set isn't really a drop set

He is telling you to do either or.
100lbs leg press 25-35 reps or whatever
Boom drop to 80 do 25-35
Boom drop to 60 do 25-35
Boom drop to 40 do 25-35
Boom drop to 20 do 25-35
Or
Drop 25% so 70lbs and do this as many times as possible. Which could be like 30 more reps idk your endurance. Your preferences mate.

Think I finally got it..
In 4:05- 4:25 he says we reach failure at 25-36 reps, then dropped and did 25-35 more. And they did it twice.
So if I started at 100 lbs I would do that 25-35 times..
Drop to 70 and do that 25-35 times then repeat from the beginning.
