I know if I cut more it will go away but I want to put on some muscle cuz I have very little.. I planed on cutting till New Years then just eating at maintenance for a month then lean bulking to try and put on some size..

I love alcohol
I also love to lift

but the three are like a trifecta of fucking with the others, I have yet to find a perfect balance of all three of them.. I'm working on it senpai i really am
