How do I improve arm wrestling techniques?
There's an arm wrestling competition in a club on New Year's Eve where the prize is free drinks for the night. Now I can pretty comfortably beat my friend group, however I'm worried because there is going to be a few rounds at least that I'll tire out.
So my question is how can I improve technique, therefore beating the first few easier and saving myself for the later rounds?

Practice and reading.
Do some forearm work.
Hold a dumbbell at a 90 degree angle on a preacher curl rack in the neutral position. Like a hammer curl.
Every other muscle is important for arm wrestling too. Ask someone who has been doing it for a while.
