Is creatine worth it?
I have been lifting for almost a year and my gains are starting to slow down.

And do i really need to load up and cycle it?

Also, which brand should i get?
>>
>>35379661
Your gains are slowing down because you're lazy and not following a good program.

I literally got no effects from creatine, some do, some don't it seems.
Just lift desu, read a good book on training perhaps?
>>
take creatine if you enjoy going bald
>>
>>35379710
...do you have ANY evidence to back that up?
>>
>>35379710
Kek they say it might speed it up, in other words if you are going bald, not that it makes you bald out of nowhere. Having said that it still inconclusive. Enjoy your no gains
>ITT butthurt baldies
>>
>>35379661
OP pic is good brand. Just take 5g/day, load and cyle not necessary. Probably will help you, it's not magic or gear though.

I'm 33 y-o and balding.
Whenever I take creatine (I stopped), I notice more hair falling. Creatine accelerates hair loss, this is an indeniable FACT that applies for me
>>
>>35379875
>"DHT is linked to an increase in hair loss characterized by a receding hairline (not the hair loss that starts at the back of the head). The most sensible conclusion is that if you are balding, taking creatine may slightly accelerate hair loss. It is highly unlikely that creatine itself will cause hair loss."
Hope this lil quote helps, the bottom line is it doesnt cause it, it can just affect balding people
>>
>>35379875
im 22, been taking creatine for the past year.
Not a single sign at ALL of losing hair. Hair loss is genetic.
Or radiation
>>
>>35379661
>cheap as dirt
>no negative side effects

just do it
>>
>>35380027

22 is still young though. I think I only noticed my receding hairline at 28 or so
>>
>>35379905
If I'm balding but I'm on rogaine which is noticably helping, do you think I can get away with taking creatine?
>>
>>35380265
In case anyone was wondering, I just used some google fu (which should have been my first impulse honestly) and found this helpful link on leddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/1vfvdk/creatine_and_hair_loss/ces8nuz

The whole thread is good for info if people are curious
>>
>>35380265
Yep. you do.
>>
Creatine is goat. I just got 3kg for xmas. Im gonna double the dose this year from 5g to 10g to see what happens.

I am natty benching 4plate squatting 5. I have never seen anyone remotely comparable to myself besides long term roiders. Off cycle they lose all their strength too but off creatine i keep mine.
>>
Anybody noticed a difference when going "off" creatine?
I've never lifted without it.
I fell for the whey meme in the beginning and want to cut down on everything I don't need.
>>
What's the fucking consensus on taking creatine while on a cut?
>>
>>35379661
you ever sucked dick for maximum gainz?
>on creatine, you will
>>
>>35380392

I noticed that i have to cut down frequency and some days i cant finish my workout.

So on creatine i can do 6 days per week 20 sets per day. Off creatine i can only do 4 days per week 20 sets for 3 days and one day ill just be super tired and have to deload and maybe do 16 sets only.
>>
You don't have to cycle or load creatine but I do anyways. I take it for about 3-4 months at a time and then lay off for 1-2 months. Been taking it for over year and nothing has happened to my hair but I don't believe I'll be going bald. Currently 21. When I load I just do 10g a day for a week and then the usual 5g a day.
>>
>>35379661
>Is creatine worth it?
Yes, some people react to it some dont, most do, i gained all the creatine water weight within about 3 weeks and i gained visible muscle volume and i got better at sets of anything between 7 to 30, i stopped taking it about a week and a half ago, my muscles definitely got smaller, most noticeably the triceps and quads, my triceps used to fucking bulge through 2 layers of clothes, now unless i wear a tank/T its not as noticeable, hopping back on cant walk outside so small.
>Do i really need to lo...5g a day every day stop believe peoples bullshit.
>Which brand should i get
Creatine Monohydride is Creatine Monohydride, regardless who sells it, only buy powder and only buy pure.
happy to help familia
