Yes. Don't be a retard about it though, if you go out tomorrow and start running 2 hours a day with no buildup or proper shoes, you'll just injure yourself. Start building up. Tbh though unless you have LOTS of time to expend on doing steady state cardio, it won't make that big of a difference as a beginner.

You just need time mainly. I know it's easy to get impatient and want instant results, but you didn't gain all of that weight in a week, and you won't lose all the weight in a week. Stick to a calorie deficit CONSISTENTLY and you will lose weight. Do non-retarded cardio to start building up your endurance, it'll help weight loss and eventually you'll be fit enough to burn a significant amount of calories in <2 hours. Lift heavy if you want to look good. There's no quick fix. If you're looking for that EXTRA EDGE, do ECA stack (or just caffeine really) and look for small times in your day to add in more activity or cut out more food.
