I started IF because it forces me not to be fat and not to stretch eating throughout the day. This makes you feel fuller for most of the day compared with if you had no timing.

I skip breakfast and jog in the morning when I'm cutting. Works pretty well. Weights 3x/week afternoons. Counting calories is still a must unless you really pre-plan all your meals.
