Unbinds testosterone that is otherwise bound in the body due to chemicals absorbed from processed foods and plastics. It's made from a tree bark. The brand I use simply has geletin in the capsule to suspend the plant matter but no other additives besides that. It's my pre workout twice a week (Texas method)

What is the dosing on it, I see most pills are 2.5 but I hear people taking any where up to 6-8.

Also is it true it works best fasted? I'm curious to take it but I'm a little concerned since too much caffeine makes my heart race.

I briefly saw that thread before it went down,personally speaking I want to use/mix a few suppliments as possible.

Right now I do:

Creatine
Whey
Fish oil
Multi
Spirulina

That's it, and most of that is kinda natural (save for the creatine) my interest in Yohimbe is to start cutting down my BF. I lift and eat around my caloric deficit and while I've seen some physical improvements I still haven't really lost the weight I'm looking for (only lost 9llbs after 1 1/2 months) Thankfully after starting this I've gotten into a habit of going to the gym and it feels good, but now I want to start putting real work in to drop from my 27% bf down to 14% before the summer comes.
