As of right now I'm only taking fish oil and a multivitamin, what should I be taking daily just for like, wellbeing and shit.

not even once
Seriously though, thats it?
Little surprised people are going "no dude try this thing, it lets you shoot lasers out of your eyes" or something.
What about nootropics, are they even a real thing?

5-HTP

Astaxanthin
The only uber anti-oxidant that doesn't turn evil and has no bad side effects, no matter the dosage - really needed if you stress the shit out of your body
Anti aging
Good for brain
Good for skin (it's a carotenoid)
Naturally occurring in salmonoids and algae (however you can get a relevant amount only from algae)
It's good for joints too

Take 5000 IU Vitamin D daily with your fish oil, unless you're a white guy living on the equator who spends an hour outside every day.

Anything else would be too specific (specific to you in particular) or not relevant. e.g. nootropics aren't really a general health thing and are too obscure. Some are good, but not the topic, not for here either.

Vitamin D
Zinc
Magnesium
(Creatin)

I'm pale af, especially during the winter. If I take this will I notice a change in my skin tone?
>>
I wish I could take vitamins but I'm too scared of choking on them

Not really. Carotenoids give whats described as a glow to the skin. Hard to explain, but it makes the skin look a little bit healthier and lively, without changing the actual colour.

I went overboard on carotenoids until the webs between my fingers and other areas had orange discolouration. Apart from those spots, my skin colour was the exact same.

There are some tests done, posted on NCBI showing that 8 months of increased eating in vegetables rich in carotene made skin more attractive.

Maybe some of us aren't losers who stay inside all day.

Just go for a run outside OP.
