Got my first 310lb one handed deadlift last week too. I've only been doing these a couple of weeks, originally started just to see how much better hook grip worked. Plus its a fun ego lift. Hopefully get 405lb 1 handed in the future for lolz

I hit 1pl8 on bench.
This is after starting at 55lbs bench in August. Holy fuck, repping out my sets with those beautiful 45lb plates on each side felt wonderful
5plate pull off a 2" deficit, 70lb pr, but first attempt at one in probably a year
240 lbs (110 kg) squat the day before yesterday.
265 lbs (120 kg) deadlift yesterday.
165 lb (75 kg) benchpress today.
All new PR-s.

I hit 105 kg 5x5, was stuck at 100kg for 2 weeks.
I felt so fucking happy I was about to jump and shout. Kept it in but I couldn't hold back the shit eating grin I had throughout that whole session.

Nah, they were raw.
The only thing I've ever used for deads is my straps, but I only break those out for 1RM attempts to ensure I train grip properly the rest of the time

My gym buddies set a goal of 1000lb club by Christmas. Went for it last weekend and set PR's in all three lifts, makes sense since i don't usually max out but still felt good.
