Basicly you eat in a window of time in that time you can eat at your maitenance and still lose fat look into it I eat from 2pm-7pm mostly becuase it suits my schedule but what ever. (This is a pretty basic rundown look into it if you'd like)

The whole idea of "hormonal suppression" in intermittent fasting is a massive misinterpretation of uni first-year metabolism classes, and total bullshit. In reality the only benefit in intermittent fasting is you may be able to handle hunger better than with other cutting diet; be really hungry for a few hours in the morning vs. kinda hungry through the whole day. Do whatever makes your life the least miserable.

Fasting is nothing more than going a long time without eating. Intermittent Fasting is ... fasting intermittently.
So it's an optimal way to still eat, but still be fasting as much as possible.

Any way, there are many ways of doing it. The way I prefer it is eating either one time a day or eating inside a 2-hour period every day.
Being an ex-fat, I also appreciate the bigger plates this allows me to eat.
