Hey /fit/, new to lifting, been about two months and just over the past few weeks got serious about dieting. Counting calories, meal planning, etc. Despite my best efforts I can't seem to intake enough protien, so I'm going to start drinking protien shakes. How can I pack the maximum amount possible into a shake? Today was my first attempt and it was the powder, plain greek yoghurt, milk, and frozen berries.
