I take care of all my residents to the best of my abilities whether I hate them or not. There's always going to be people you hate at the job you just have to keep it inside and put a big smile on your face, that's like the second rule of nursing.

This cow was on a carb and calorie restricted diet for months. She managed to gain back the 40 pounds she'd take a whole year to lose.
