Got fat after I tore my ACL in college playing basketball and just decided to drink every day. Currently trying to whittle my way down to 205 by the end of January.

I don't know my body fat, I have a super high metabolism so I usually don't watch what I eat carefully.
I cut down the carbs, no salt, never drink soda or eat sweets.
This is the weird part, rabbit meat, high in protein easiest meat to digest, that and whey casein when I go to bed.
I feel good though, starting to get vascularity in my abdominals so the stricter diet deff pays off

squats are absolutely necesary , if you cannot squat you cannot dl nor bp properly , do hypertrophy workouts and get some mass in your legs so you can protect your knees and squat atg when you recover do some ppl like this

on every leg day you do press , 5x15 at the very least , in every pull you do ligth dl , in every push you do bp without doing leg /hip drive
so it goes like this
pull 1 ligth dl , back/biceps
push 1 bp , chest tris
legs /shoulders 1 4/5 exercises of legs , 1/2 of shoulders , every leg exercise with great care for your knees
pull 2 ligth dl back biceps
push 2 bp without hip or leg drive , chest triceps
legs/shoulders ohp + 4/5 shoulders exercise + 1/2 legs exercise ,press is a must do
everything you do you do in hypertrophy range , dont increase weigth in every rep but stay in a medium weigth , for instance your max for bp is 100 , then you do 4x6/4x8 80/60kg

That weight loss is impressive but your body doesn't look healthy. Get off the supplements, pre-workout, and protein shakes. Replace this stuff with veggies and eat non-processed foods and give your body time to digest. Look into the 16/8, warrior diet, and lean gains fasting schedules. Our recently evolved monkey bodies were not designed to eat that frequently after the agricultural revolution. Cool down on the strength training and do some cardio. I would honestly stop all strength training if I were you and look into swimming, walking, or stair-mastering everyday for at least 30 mins, low intensity at first. You look like the kind of dude who would have a heart attack in the middle of a max at 35. Anyways, I don't see the appeal of being an unsustainable The Mountain when you could be a sustainable and equally, if not more attractive and healthy, Jon Snow or Oberyn Martell. In my experience, women aren't looking for guys with huge muscles, they're looking for guys with developed muscles, yes, but low body fat above all else. BUT if the deal is about maximizing muscle and strength for sport or hobby, go right ahead, but there's a point where returns diminish rapidly. There's more than maximizing gains and it could drastically improve your quality of life.

Not really, but my ideas are based on other ideas and personal observations like everyone else. Everything I said is based on some assumption I have, in regards to achieving optimal health, which anyone is free to disagree with:
1. Our body does not want to eat multiple meals throughout the day
2. Large muscles are biological hazards
3. Unprocessed foods are the most truthworthy options at this point in history (processed foods are literally designed by engineers to be as pleasurable as possible; our ideas of "good food" are distorted by our emotional need for pleasure)
4. Hunger is not inherently bad and does not need to be quelled immediately
5. Cardiovascular training > strength training for overall health
6. Strength training is not inherently bad but good in small doses for functional strength and healthy testosterone production
7. Current pre-workout cocktails are loaded with unstudied chemicals and cause alarming effects and should be avoided until solid evidence comes out supporting them (at least, I would; I have the same feeling towards stimulants in general: look for natural ways to promote the same feeling; stimulants tend to be unhealthy shortcuts)
8. Lean is better than buff
I could be completely wrong on these issues, but at least I can identify my assumptions.

Lay down a line of coke, snort it, and check your elevated pulse. Just because something elevates your pulse doesn't mean it's good for you. When you lift heavy weights you go from 0 to 60 very quickly, and then back down again. Cardio starts slow, maintains, and tapers off. So you tell me which you think is healthier for the heart.

Just your standard staple diet. Oats in the morning, cottage cheese before bed, eat peanut butter like ice cream, gainer after workout, and one more gainer throughout the day, a lot of chicken.

Standard split: Chest tris, back bis, shoulders, legs, no rest day just repeat the cycle.

It's whatever works for you, just see what your body responds to and work with that
