stomach vacuum is GOAT

hanging leg raises and toes-to-bar are acceptable isolations.
L-sit chin ups are fun to dink around with (idk if they do anything, but i like to do high reps when i see cardio bunnies mirin)

just make sure you are really flexing your TVA (essentially doing a breathing stomach vacuum) when you do that hanging nonsense stuff.. shit makes me feel a burn like nothing else

How is this possible? I could do 3x15 legs fully extended to parallel (not toes to bar) on my first day in the gym.

Then again that was probably the same type of person who says "hurrr how can you not squat 315 and bench 225 after 6 months of lifting" so to each their own.
