Hey OP i have the same problem: a somewhat normal body and a huge protruding pregnant belly
I have been lifting 4months now, have done countless crunches, watch very closely what i eat, and i empty my bowels every 2 days
This stupid belly remains there. I don't even have high bf% ffs

Count your calories. Eat at a caloric deficit of 500-1000 calories below your TDEE. Do cardio. Cardio literally changes a receptor balance in the body to burn more fat (check Lyle McDonald's work for more info)
