/fit/ please help me I always buy tons of chicken but it sits in my freezer because I don't know how to prepare it without boiling it in wine and lemon juice. Which is disgusting.

this. literally 425F for 25 minutes, put some seasoning on it (montreal chicken is goat) and done.

Basically any stir fry or fried rice with meat.

My personal favorite though is to just make a really meaty chili and serve it over brown rice.

Buy a gas grill. It could not be easier. Turn the grill on medium, wait about 8-10 min, flip it, wait another 8 minutes. If they're not done then flip and wait a little longer.
