my friends always have a laugh when we go out eating while I'm on a bulk or having "cheat day" of sorts.

I very rarely do actual cheat days by going over my calorie expenditure but I tend to have days of eating almost all of my macros for that day in a single meal, typically something stupid like 4 hamburger meals in one sitting, some eating challenge or such.
