I've been bulking for like 5 months, lifting seriously for the same (fucked around prior), but now I feel like it's time to cut. I really dislike having this extra fat on me.

5RMs:
Squat: 235lbs
Bench: 150lbs
OHP: 115lbs
Row: 155lbs
Deadlift: 295lbs
I also really feel like the fat is just masking what muscle I do have...

Also, you can't see my legs, but they're pretty disproportionately big. My routine is SS, with curls and tricep extensions added at the end.

I will say that I already ate two big meals today and am bloated as fuck, but yeah I've been bulking pretty hard. This lighting is shitty, but in other lighting I can clearly see that I've gained probably half muscle, half fat, up from around 171-172 pounds.

I really didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I came back south for winter break. Up north, I just wear big coats and never really noticed it. I will cut starting right now.

You have decent ab muscles so it doesn't look like it though. You look only 22% This is a trick a lot of builders do, keep working out the muscles around their saggy areas until the muscle pushes the skin tight.
I know because I use to do this.

You need to stop doing this and drop your body fat, else if you ever do lose your body fat your torso will look freakish.

honestly ive been switching things around a lot lately.

as of right now ill do heavy back and front squats and lunges 2x a week

cleans, push press, and c&j 2x a week

bench, db bench, db incline, db flys and other chest bullshit 2x a week.

on two of the days ill do a pullup/chinup/grip strength workout at my gyms ninja warrior course, just depends how im feeling

i suck dick at snatch so i throw those in at the end of every session to work on form and i do core and bodyweight for every work out

and i run 3 or 4 times a week

Yep! I'm off for now, but next time I hop on again I might want to try Winstrol to experiment. I was thinking of cutting when I hop on again but I might just do bulk again to get as much mass as possible and since my metabolism is high I'll cut for 3~6weeks before competition. Yeah I have pretty wide hips, gain weight and fat goes to hips and back of legs but not really ass. I just started my cut now and add some cardio. Hopefully lifting will show in body after that.

Ok listen, cardio is to be done after working out or on the same day after some rest and eating.
The logic behind that is that cardio increases the blood flow through your body getting more vitamins and shit through your body and hence your muscles so even when you are bulking you should be doing cardio.
If you want to lose weight do some long light cardio directly after your workout so your muscles are depleted of their energy storages if you're bukling and still want to do cardio directly after your workout you need to make sure that you directly after you've finished with your cardio get something in you I recommend a protein bar or a protein shake since you can chomp that down directly after working out, or even both.

If you can't do that go home and eat a little rest and do the cardio afterwards, it has been scientifically proven that doing cardio increases muscle gains because of better blood flow so if your diet is right you can make up to 33% more gains which you are in dire need of.
That being said if you do cardio directly after your lifts you will be losing some fat as you will be using the fat storages for the cardio seeing as your muscles are used up from your lifts and if you eat directly after that you won't miss out on gains since you're giving your body the brotein it needs to grow muscles.

Also do some stretches daily to help your bloodflow I can see the stiffness in your body from here and dear god hope it fixes your horrible posture and your wonky ass spine, why the fuck is your whole body going to the ride side? Is there some kind of huge magnet there?

I'm not going to say anything about the texas method but I do believe bodybuilding routines, full body or split doesn't matter, are far superior to strength routines if they have compound lifts in them.

That doesn't matter though you know what routine works best for your own body since you're working your body and if you feel like you're getting good progress on something I'm not going to shit in your soup.

But you need to control your weight better, you cannot blow up like that on a single bulk you need to put on quality mass and have the fat be a factor that comes with it, calculate your tdee and eat at a surplus of around 300-500 kcal to gain weight and at a deficit of around 300-500 kcal to lose weight but never stop doing cardio literally has been scientifically proven that cardio in combination with lifting given the right nutrition will increase your muscle gains drastically up to 33%.

You will lose some muscle on your cut and the longer you cut the more muscle you will lose and the more fat you cut in one go the more muscle you'll lose so you need to make sure that your cut won't be so long or you will lose like half the gains you got from your bulk since you made like 80% fat gains and only 20% muscle gains.

Here's the fun part, assuming you aren't horribly out of balance on your lifts, that would mean you would be benching at around 3 pl8 at 144 lbs looking like a DYEL otter.
