Personally, I hate tans (at least on women). If I had to two choose between two identical semen demons, one tanned and the other pale, I'd be diamonds for the pale one while I'm not even sure I would get it up for the tanned one.

I also have never tanned deliberately. I only really started being outside in the summer this year (for tennis and mountain biking and shit). Before that, I was never outside for longer than it took to walk from indoors to my car and back. Maybe I'd look good with a tan. I have a pasty white chest with dark hairy limbs, so maybe it would balance out, idk.

i prefer pale. always having a tan makes you look fake, unless you're an outdoorsman in a warm climate, in which case you have tan lines to prove you're not a fraud.

I do it. Pale and burn easy as fuck, so I go in there for three 10-minute sessions a week. I also supplement with beta carotene, which I've found helps me get a tan, rather than going into boiled lobster-mode.

Use tanning beds. The danger of them is blown far out of proportion, as long as you use them in moderation. For me this is roughly 3-4 minutes once a week or even once every 2 weeks, and this is not a lot AT ALL, but i just do it because i think tan lines look terrible. and also because nice radiant skin is better than blotchy winter skin.

Tanning is secondary to just having good skin. Don't worry too much about it, just eat healthy food that makes your skin look good and get the sun you get when you are outside in the summer. If you are pale you are pale, that's life. If you push it and tan often you will ruin your skin.

Tanning in moderation makes your skin look great. Also applying proper creams and moisturizers etc. Never tan too much. But being very pale shows all your skins imperfections.

It's a drug that stimulates your body's production of melanin through exposure to UV.

It also enhances libido and curbs appetite.

You add a couple of mls to dissolve it in its little glass vial and use a tiny insulin syringe to inject subcutaneously (into fat under the skin, usually in the obliques or belly).

It's cheap as fuck, like $20 for 10mg and if you just use it when you're actually going to get UV exposure and not waste it by trying to build up a blood concentration like a fool (short half life), you will get black as a dog's guts after probably half that amount.
