Hey fit, I have a question, is it ok if I eat like eggs everyday after gym or do I have to change the source of protien everyday after I come home from gym, example:

Day 1: Eggs, milk
Day 2: Greek yogurt, milk
Day 3: Mixed nuts, milk
Day 4: Cottage cheese, milk
Day 5: Eggs, milk
and continue the same routine

Yes. Take 2 off days and eat on friday and saturday

Your body needs at least 3 preoteins a day.
So eat 3+ eggs after every workout since each egg has exactly one preotein.
Don't eat after 6pm tho or you'll need activated almonds the next day to fill out the missed preotein window.

I myself get my protein from meat, eggs, milk, oats and whey. I don't really like beans but I eat them from time to time.
