I'm on my third week of Sheiko, but there's no shoulder exercises. I looked ahead a few weeks and I can't find any OHP. This must be a mistake, right? I mean, I'm benching literally every workout but I can't OHP?

OHP is an american meme, you can't expect Boris to keep up with those. To be serious, Sheiko is a powerlifting progrom, you don't need much OHP or shoulder work for powerlifting. Also keep in mind that what you're following is a template, you're supposed to change it to suit your needs. If your shoulders are stopping your progress, add shoulder work.

How long have you been competing? If it's less than a year dont worry about weight classes or anything like that. If you've been competing longer use your best judgement. There's something to be said for being light in the weight class and getting to go for a big meal the night before competition and not have any stress about weigh ins.

I don't think kipping pull ups should be compared to the benchpress in powerlifting. A single, all out effort is fundamentally different from a max pull up competition

My goal this year was to squat 600lbs. Didn't even come close, best squat right now is 545lbs in the gym. Granted it was ezpz and I stopped there because of potential for reinjury but still not even close.

This year was more about bringing up my lifts technically and training on competition equipment to make my lifts replicable on the platform. Maybe added 100lbs to my gym total.

My main issue has been staying healthy and I've definitely learned a lot about pre-hab, rehab, letting go of the ego and taking it easy when it's necessary. Goals for 2017. Compete 3 times in IPF competition. Total 700+kg in competition. 400 wilks in competition. Squat and deadlift 600lbs in competition.

Going into this year, my goal was just to not be a fatass. I was approximately 3pl8 thanksgiving 2014. I'm down to about 2pl8 now and feel so much better physically and mentally.

Lifting wise, I've only been lifting since early may and training for powerlifting since early july (thanks to /plg/ desu) I have my first meet this next april and I'd like to hit somewhere in the range of 405/275/475 @ 231lb. My current prs as of december 1st are 370/245/445, so I think those numbers are well within the range of possibility.

How should I go about adding ab work to a daily maxing program? Just one hard set a day or something?

I started competing this february, got 352,5 kg@77,2kg bodyweight. Wanted to get my deadlift to 200, bench to 102,5 and squat to 150, which would be a 100kg increase to my total. Of course nothing of those happened because I was afraid to put on much weight, and wanted to stay in the 83s like an idiot(I'm 183cm tall). Also I got injured this summer and couldn't squat for a month(did light deadlifts twice). I've gotten "injured" squatting again after that, which have led to me having a training max of 130 while I could probably deadlift 195+ if I maxed out right now.

All in all I'm satisfied with this training year, I've gotten stronger and I've made some friends in our PL club. I've got some experience with competing and I feel like I've learned a lot about training(especially that you have to eat). 2016 I want to hit 500 in competition, but I'll be satisfied with 470+ depending on how much I'll be able to train the squat. Depending on how fat I get I'll eat my way up to 95-100 kg.

If you do every day, just hold a plank for a long time, then side planks the next day, then roller the next, etc.

i suggest doing oblique and other rotational reistance exercise since these are kind of neglected if youre form is okay and you rarely have to safe a dl or sq because on side is going up and the other isnt.

Daily squatting isn't as intense as the sessions used by those guys 2-3 times per week.

Light ab work is fine.

Literally wut. I can DB bench after a lot of benching even though my pecs are sore, I can leg press even when my quads are toast after squats, pretty sure I can do a couple fucking rolllouts after squats and deads.
