It's not like in the anime, you can 100 pushups for maybe 4 days in a row, maybe 5. But then, you won't be able to do a single one because you overtrained, and that's when you will quit because your legs hurt, your knees hurts and you can't do a single pushup.

after you can do opm routine easily keep on increasing running speed and maybe change pushups to diamond pushups or plyometric pushups, squats to one leg squats or jump squats and situps to planks maybe or whatever
also include pullups because you get 0 back work from original routine

No it's not.
There is plenty of marathoners who run double that daily, and 100 pushups isn't hard, desu. If you can do 100 in a row it's now essentially an endurance exercise, so you can do it at high frequency because the recovery aint long for 2 minutes of endurance, especially when you can run 10ks easily.

My typical rowing erg training is like 6 days a week minimum with 3× 10 to 15k sessions every week. Rowing a 10k is easier than running one. Takes less than an hour all in.
