Constantly teased for my weight, 6'0 115lbs
My dad is a nutritionist and from what he told me (what foods were ideal etc) this is what I came up with for a mealplan, i.e. i'll eat the same things everyday:
Morning:
- Omelette with 5 eggs
- 1 bowl of 100g of Jordans nature
- 4 toasts with jam and butter
- 1 shake of 1L full milk, 1 tablespoon of PB, 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, and 200g of oats
Lunch:
- 2 chicken breasts with 1 broccoli
- 2 yoghurts for desert (can't find greek yoghurt to save my life)
- 200g of pork
Dinner:
- Pizza
- Salad with chunks of lard
- 4 bananas
- Another shake

what you need to eat is MORE.
forcing yourself to consistently eat 3 whole meals a day, EVERY DAY, is what you need, and it'll be hard enough even without your autistic meal plan.
eat whatever you want, but eat it regularly.
if you want faster results then add GOMAD to that.

Nutritionists are con artists. No self-respecting professional would ever call himself a nutritionist. It's a totally unregulated term that people use to sell snake oil because it's illegal to call themselves dietitians. Your dad is a con artist. Read the sticky and start eating. Lift heavy-ass weights and keep eating. Don't listen to your dad about anything.

You're making it harder for yourself for no reason. Just find some high calorie staples, pick a few of those to eat every day, and then fill in with different foods as you see fit. Some good staples:
-1lb noodles cooked in a stick of butter
-1 gal whole milk
-1 whole pizza
-1/2 jar of peanut butter (I like to spread it on apple slicesr)
If you do one of these a day plus three normal sized meals you will gain weight, no reason to eat the same shit and get sick of it and give up a week in.

There's no quality control, it's kinda like personal trainers, regardless of whatever "knowledge" you needed to know to get certified, once you're alone with the client you can tell 'em whatever broscience bullshit you want. I had a nutritionist tell me that I needed 6 small meals a day or else my metabolism would stop and I'd go into starvation mode. I asked why IF worked for some people then and she said they're just lying and IF literally can't work because muh instant starvation mode. A lot of them preach low-fat diets too which is suuuper fucking outdated science.

"Nutrition" is not a science, it's the worst kind of lie you can hear. The sticky (at the top of /fit/ will do a vastly better job at giving you a meal plan that a nutricionist will ever do. Heck, even Scooby's workshop will do better.
