If you have lived unhealthy, slept bad, drank alcohol, not exercised and had low fat diet and from there start living healthy, exercising and go on a high fat diet you might honestly double your amount of free test.

It doesn't guarantee that you'll start growing beard though but on a long run it might get your beard growing earlier than normally. And obviously higher test is never bad, keeps away depression and keeps you virile and happy.

Even if it did, increased testosterone levels won't do much unless they're outside the norm for a human body. Same as low test won't stop your gains unless you've actually got levels low enough you need treatment.
