I've seen discussion here of their soup broth thing for bulking.
I watched an MMA match with Emmanuel Yarborough and the guy could move pretty damn well all things considered. He did lose though. I feel like being so big you have to walk a distance race is too big too, so I'm not intending to become one
All I know is sumo deadlift is gay & not a real deadlift soooo....

I have made it twice now, and I can confirm it's fucking fantastic. Not amazing for bulking: My last batch was 450 cals per massive serving, but 50g of protein, but when you start throwing rice and beer with it, aw yeah, daddy's gonna get a new lb.

I think you need to add more to it. They use a fuckload of meat vegies and sides of rice. Its basically clean bulking food and they eat it in heaps 2-3 times a day.

I wouldn't want sumo physique unless I was actually doing sumo. They look badass when they fight, but otherwise you'd basically just look like a fat guy.

Yeah. No. Chicken meatballs, beef strips, tofu, and prawns, plus veg means my pot was stuffed. It's the rice I mow along side it that makes it glorious for bulking, but I don't think it would be hard to adapt it as a very good cutting food as well.
