At the minute and for the past 3 years i've been purely focused on strength nothing else. I've become quite big and strong, but starting new years i want to switch my training up and become a good all rounder in all aspects of fitness and training.

Any recommendations /fit/?

Do HIIT, focus on increasing speed (time miles/sprint faster) and generally watch/try to improve cardio-related health (maybe buy a fitbit or something similar)

oly lifts, rippletits had a whole thing about how cleans increased explosive power such as jumping, also train specific "explosive muscles" i.e. use rush grippers

This is what first came to mind. Seems to really hit all your points. Also, if you want more flexibility, I personally find hitting some yoga classes (free at my gym) really helps, as well as helps with DOMS.

Just do sprints, plyos and explosive stuff. That takes care of the speed, sprint and veritcal jump stuff. I'm sure you have the knowledge to incorporate the stuff into your program.

Lift some atlas stones and do some farmers walks, sledge pulls, typical strong man stuff.

Check out that guys channel. Incredible athlete across different sports. Big part of it is due to his strength and explosive nature.

Just don't to cross fit or other stuff that requires you to do X amount of reps under heavy time contraints. Please promise senpai.

HIIT for unfit weightlifters is complete bullshit. If an unfit person wants good cardio fitness they have to get it the right way. Lots of low level aerobic activity (cycling if they are over 23 bmi or have history of knee injuries) gradually increasing time spent doing this each week by 10%. Every fourth week half the volume. This is the most sustainable way for a person to get fit. HIIT is bullshit long term. All of the HIIT studies are 6-8 weeks long. Low intensity high volume training is the way to go. When you have six months of this done you will be fit as fuck. Then you can add in 2-3 days high intensity a week, while maintaining your low intensity training. All elite endurance athletes follow this intensity split (80:20 in favour of easy training)
HIIT is bullshit. No shortcuts to success Do things right and do them once.
