Spent 2015 getting down from 270 to 180. Now going to spend 2016 enjoying the benefits and getting down to 150.

Laudable goals. I got injured while training for a half marathon. Lost a lot of speed and stamina, but starting a new training cycle soon. Want to do a marathon in July.

New years is always such a depressing time for me; As much as I would like to make a resolution such as 'Be more outgoing.' or 'Try and make friends with everyone I meet.', it's probably going to be something like: 'Don't make goals I can't achieve.'

Actually have the discipline to go below 20%BF

I always start cutting, have great results for the first few weeks then decide 'right, I want strength gains back' and go back to eating big. I just need the discipline, for once, to get shredded. Even if its just for Summer 2016, just once brehs.
