First, the figures cited above are for everybody. They took everybody's BMI.
Second, we don't need to look at people who have so much muscle that they're obese without being fat. All you need is the people who have even a small amount of muscle, people who would be fat but not "obese," until you add an extra 10 pounds of muscle. There are definitely a lot of guys who fall into that group. And virtually no women. I guarantee if we took bf% instead of BMI, we would find a wider gap between the genders
