Ran three miles today, which is nice because I could barley do a mile a month ago. Came back to my apartment and my cute neighbor saw me and wanted to see if I wanted to for a ride somewhere with her. Good day.

Did a lightweight hike, minimum jogging, good intervals because of the hills.
Not feeling too well, so really just wanted to get some blood flowing.
Hopefully I'll get over being sick quickly, really want to go for a run.
Ran four miles today at 6:50 pace without feeling to tired so that's good.
Did 30 minutes on the rowing machine was nice.
I went for a walk, bout 45 mins.
My knee has been acting up again from an old injury. I'm definitely going to try to run tomorrow.

3 miles at 7:42 a mile. A big deal for me since I've put on about 30lbs since the summer and have been struggling with running and bodyweight exercises since.

You just lapped everyone on the couch, anon. 6 minutes today means 7 minutes by the end of the week, ten minutes next week. I barely managed to do the first day of C25K when I first started when you're running for something like 30 seconds, I did 50 minutes just yesterday. You're gonna make it.

I'm a DYEL skelly who started running one month ago. I couldn't even run 2 minutes. Today I did 4x5min+sprints at the end... progress is not necessarily quick, but steady with cardio
Took my dog with me around the neighborhood for about 2 miles. Little bit of jogging but most was sprints and walking. Feels gewd brah
