Canadian fitness general
Last thread was great. Lets keep it going.
Can anyone suggest a high frequency, low volume routine? Looking for something with 4 or less exercises a day, but 5-6 days a week.
Are there any good cheap gyms in Toronto? There's Fit4Less but they don't have squat racks.

Not sure bro. I'm in Vancouver
We have a bunch of new Club16 (trevor lindens gym) that are like 16 dollars a month and even include free tanning (lol)

some questions protein guy:
1. Why have I never seen any of your ads on /fit/?
2. Why is your protein or whatever better than the 9000 other brands on the market, many of which are probably cheaper and better known?
3. Why the hell would you bother advertising like this on /fit/?

1. I have advertised a lot here, and am currently waiting for the advertising team to get back to me on a bigger advertising package
2.No amino spiking, and cheaper than everyone else.
3.I like supporting this site, and more importantly I like talking to you brahs on here

those quads tho

Yeah some of them do. If you're in the area the one beside the 427 and Bloor St. is decent, or the relatively new one on Kipling. I go to Goodlife which costs me around $50 a month after tax but I've heard LA fitness is relatively cheap & has squat racks.
Guys, can we declare Nathan Fielder a national hero?
