My ex girlfriend was a dietician. She teached me a shitload of stuff. But one of the best was beginning to eat 6 to 7 times a day.
After that, I read a lot of books about diet. One of the best was: "Burn the fat, feed the muscle". made me realize how my body works. I used to copy Greg Plitt's routines and a little bit of his supplement diet. I became obsessed about changing my appearance, so, it kept me going. I went from 4 to 8 times a week to the gym (yeah sometimes I went 2 times a day : Heavy in the morning and cardio in the evening).

Different anon here - don't shave it to the skin, just shave it to stubble with an electric razor. I use a Wahl beard trimmer for my face, I just remove the guide and run the bare trimmer over my torso to keep my hair down. If I don't trim my body hair it looks like scraggly pubes are growing out of my chest, it's not flattering at all.

I was a fat fuck as a kid, got mono in like 9th grade and became a stick, then gained it all back in 11-12th grade. The middle picture is me at my heaviest ever and the right one is me yesterday. I lifted weights all through high school, but mostly fucked around and never cared about my diet, only getting serious with both relatively recently.
