DESU finding a decent bodyfat percentage calculator has been difficult. I've read the sticky but found nothing.

My current progress from early april is 278 lbs->225 lbs

Focused on cutting diet and cardio and for the last 2 1/2 months I've been lifitng.

I've been eating more so some extent so I won't be a weak ass but still maintaining a cut.

Anyway, I have similar problems, here's what you definitely should do:

a) Workout your chest and shoulders as much as you can. Make basically every day shoulder and chest day.
b) You have that shitty waist. Work out lats (pull ups, basically) and lateral abdominal musculature (side planks, wipers or whatever).
c) Don't do anything with your legs.

a/b doesn't mean that you shouldn't do anything else, just make sure that you don't miss those things. Eventually your shoulders and chest will distract from your suboptimal proportions. Yes, and cut, you are at about 20% bf.

Pretty much got fat on the amerilard diet. I've pushed my macros to minimum to live now at about 35-45grams.
