Honestly? I'm abroad right now so I can't lift, but even before I left I hadn't lifted for weeks because of work. But I've quit and so once I get back home I'll be able to lift until I get a new job, and that thought makes me erect. Posts like yours make me even more erect.

I spent the whole day loading and unloading trucks of grass, about 4 ton of grass. I'm tired af but feels good.

My rib bone just below the shoulder got locked with my spine becuse of the Bench press so they said.
And after 2 hours cracking and sticking needles into my muscles I can feel my arm again.
But now it's atleast 1 month without any strain on my left shoulder...

Finally broke the main fever of depression from my girlfriend breaking up with me by going full Zyzz.

Attitude, music, approach to the gym, eating. I know it's not disciplined and I know he cheated, but it helps.

Wish I had my old gym buddy to get psyched with, but he's too far away.

My gains will be my friends for now.

Just got back from the gym and i'm pissed mayn
