I went from 290 to 225 over the course of a year and a half. Believe it or not I was slow cutting and building muscle when I would maintain weight after losing every 15 pounds. When I got to 221 I was 18% and cut down to 191 in two months and it happened

I thought it was just fat as in a fat belly, not folding over.

I barely noticed it at first anyhow. If it really bothers you, save up and have someone cut it off. Can't be too expensive with how little it is. You only get one go around, might as well look how you want for this one.
