So i snapped my shit deadlifting over a year ago. i had a compression fracture in my lumbar because of it but i have since healed and only experience discomfort every once in a while. my question is, i realize that i was really ego lifting when i initially started deadlifting, but i have since really put myself back and am very strict with my lifts, but every time i go over 3 pl8s i get really tight in my lower back. i know that part of it is mental, because im scared as shit to experience the same pain again, but its as if im not sure on how to differentiate between pain, and general soreness/tightness after a set. pls help
