Alright, for my age (22), I am a chubby weak guy. I weigh around 160 at a height of 5'7. I'm not looking to lose a lot of weight, however it would not hurt. I am mainly looking to actually increase muscle mass and be able to lift more. I have a barbell in my home, but only 100 pounds on it. Here's the real kick. I can only bench press around 75 pounds. Is there any way that I can effectively bench press more over a period of lets say, 6 months? I'm wanting to be able to bench, say around, 150. I'm prepared to do the fucking work since I have a lot of spare time on my hands as it is, but I don't know how to use it effectively. Anyone got any tips/routines?

You'll be benching over 100 in less than a month and 135 in 3 months, 200 in another 10 months and 225 after 1.5 years.
Just lift weights and lift heavier weights after that

It is much easier to increase your bench quickly when you have a spotter. Get a workout buddy or someone who can help you out and really push yourself.

Take creatine, it's basically legal steroids.
