On back day I do deads, bent over rows, weighted pull-ups, one-arm pulldowns. So lower- and mid-back (inferior trapezius, middle trapezius), plus lats.
Shoulder day is barbell shrugs, dumbbell shrugs and face pulls. So mostly upper trapezius and middle trapezius.
Lifting for around 6 months. 186cm 72 kg
Only during spring/summer. I've been bulking since September. Up to 178 from 167. I'll get to ~183 then diet probably. I'm good for 3000-3500cal/day during bulking season, usually. King of manlets.
