Everyone knows that the shorter your arms are the easier time you will have benching because you'll have less distance to travel and and if you go bar to the chest and all the way up with a normal grip you will have more distance covered with longer arms and taller people tend to not have babbies first arm distance so they have longer arms and need to lift a rep for longer and hence lift more.

When I started training at 17 it was with my best friend, who is pretty huge now. 300 kg DL was his peak I think. While I'm still at 100 kg as I've always been.

I know that feel, I lifted semi seriously for 10 months in the Army in 2010, really seriously from March to August 2013 but with just a barbell and plates, from March to August 2015 same situation, and since late October 2015 until today.

Things are looking good now though, I have a Squat rack, bench, and shack to lift in, and the health problems and shitty habits I had are gone so I can keep working at it.

I've gotten fairly big and strong in small periods but end up having to stop due to injury. I just do a split routine 3 days a week now training everything once a week and cut out all high risk exercises like squat deadlift and bench. No point investing so much effort for so little in return. Maybe I'll make better gains than I did on SS and the other routines, who knows. Maybe I was trolled all this time into doing pointless dangerous shit.

Nope, you are the retard here. I have used good form, literally adjusted my form hundreds of times. I haven't been "injured" but I've gotten pain and tendonitis in joints and been forced to stop.

Form is just half of the equation, I see people lifting heavy weights with shit form in videos, which I never could do without getting seriously injured. Its all about ligament + tendon + joint strength and leverage.

And people get injured all the time and forced to stop lifting, what planet do you live on? The exercises aren't safe, do them over a span of 10 years with progressive overload and you will most likely face a serious injury at some point. That's why most guys quit lifting in the first place, and keep talking about how much they could lift.

Burn in hell, seriously. If it weren't for brainwashing faggots like you i wouldn't have bothered with those whore exercises in the first place and all the trouble that comes with it. I hope you die a painful death you waste of space.
