I have never understood leg day. I can squat a relatively large weight every other day without fatigue, so I think doing it less often than I am capable is stupid.
I did feel pretty good when I came back from university, though, when my squat had jumped from 285->435 in the same time that my friends had only increased 50-60lbs.

I tried it and it doesn't work for me. I'd have to do bench and ohp on the same day. Throw in some incline bench and you have three presses in a row which fucks up your RC.
