I get twitches and I can feel my heart at times and get heart twinges from time to time. Was born with a heart defect that cleared up so I'm worried, despite a recent ECG coming back as normal

I get the same thing, unfortunately it's usually at night so I can't sleep. It's to the point where I have to just take a few hours of sleep if I'm tired enough when I get home, because I might not be able to at night.

I have motor tics and all these sort of things i know, and yours is anxiety and caffiene maybe, try working on your breathing pattern and stretching, im asuming youre fit so yeah good luck mate, if anything it will wear off but dont take any meds for twitches they just slow u down
