i hit all muscle groups twice and my workouts are about an hour and a half, all my lifts are going up weekly.

you dont need to lift more than 3-4 times a week, it doesnt change a thing

My grampa had his funeral on a workout day so I packed my bags with clothes and dumbells and did my workout in the parking lot after the sermon
