when i started out i had a horrendous half squat with no depth so i can't even tell you what squat was, bench was probably around 185 for 3 or 4, deadlift was shitty tap and go reps w 225 and i never did OHP. I was a complete nooblet.

what do you guys do when you lose motivation to do a specific exercise? i seriously cannot bring myself to bench anymore. every time i do i knock out like 5 or 6 sets and then decide its time to do snatches. i guess i can just start doing the hammer press machine and some dumbbell chest bullshit.

I'm 8090. I was fat until 8th grade. 100 lbs in 3rd grade. 140 in 5th grade. I also bench a lot more than i should compared to other lifts. Pic related is a month prior to that photo. That is what SS will do lol. I've been off a routine in the gym for years.

First time posting in a cbt, been lifting 3 years now. I started out at 300~ lbs, completely sedentary gaming 12 hours a day, no muscle or strength whatsoever. Cut down from 300 to 195 in my first year, then bulked to 265 over the next 2 years. Currently 6"2 265 pls no bully friends
