I mean if you think about it OP is right. The sound from music can reach 20,000hz. This means your ears need to deal with 10k-20k vibrations per second. As we all know low weight high reps are for faggots. Your eardrums are literally doing 15-20k reps of resistance work per second. Don't be a faggot; turn up the amplitude of the sound and turn down the frequency(maybe 0.5hz) and listen for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Add a few sets before at lower amplitudes. Pretty good way to incorporate ear strength training into your 5x5.
