That's why I buy that powdered peanut butter stuff when cutting. It's 45 Cal a serving and has significantly less fat. It's expensive though but honestly not too much more than regular peanut butter

Real peanut butter shouldn't have any added oil. If you notice at the store, a lot of the jars of peanut butter never actually say "peanut butter" on them because they're mostly palm oil. Look for a jar of peanut butter where the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. It has a completely different texture. It's more foamy and less goopy.
