Which tea do you guys generally use? Oolong Tea or Earl Grey?

Earl grey because it's widely available.

I they only have something called "Japanese Green Tea" in the place where I get my oats, so that's what I drink.

Saw some oolong in the supermarket the other day from Twinings. Then again, my nearest market only has Earl Gray in loose leaf tins.

If you really want a good range of loose teas, hit up either a non-chain place that draws on the local hippy/yoga crowd, or hit the asian market if you have one. Bonus to the indie markets is a few in my area have a god-tier meat section, and at a decent price too.

Also, is there such thing as too much tea? Usually 6-8 cups of my tea intake is black our green tea, I'm not sure if that's unhealthy or not.

Doing a chinese breakfast tea currently, but I like to buy different kinds. Remember liking oolong, I should get another box.
