I changed rep scheme and went from 65 kg to 75 kg in three weeks. Before that I was stuck on 60-65 kg for about 3 months(had a one month inbetween, where I was out of town and could not lift),

Worked well for me man. I bench Monday and Thursday, doing paused, close grip, incline and conventional paused. Bench went from 60-70kg in a few weeks, and am going for 72.5 today. It may be a shit bench, but being stuck is being stuck. Some tricep work helped a lot, too.
